Query Suggestions

What it is 

Automated or curated suggested search phrases shown as users' type. Sources can include historical query logs, product titles, merchandising feeds, or manually curated suggestions. 

Why it matters 
Query suggestions help users form effective searches, reduce misspellings, and surface categories or campaigns that might otherwise be missed. They cut friction and reduce zero-result searches. 

How to configure 

  1. Enable Query Suggestions in Autocomplete settings. 

  1. Select the number of suggestions shown. 

  1. Save and monitor suggestion performance (click-through rates).
