Sorting Management

Sorting Management

What it is
Defines which sorting options are available for customers (e.g., Newestcheapest firstAlphabetical) and configures indexing behavior for smooth sorting performance.

Why it matters
Sorting helps users control how they view products — aligning browsing order with their intent. Proper indexing ensures that these sorting operations remain fast and scalable, even on large catalogs.

How to configure

  1. Go to Sort Orders within Category Page settings.

  1. Enable sorting options (Cheapest first, Price, Alphabetical, Availability, etc.).

  1. Use drag-and-drop to reorder the sort of list.

  1. Rebuild the index to apply changes.
