Installation Steps

• Go to the Marketplace and search for ConversionBox AI Shopping Assistant.

• Click Install.

• Grant the required permissions.

• Navigate to the app page and click Go to Dashboard.

Manual Setup Process by ConversionBox

Before accessing the dashboard fully, three important steps must be completed. These are manual processes handled in coordination with the ConversionBox team:

• Step 1: Onboarding
  ConversionBox verifies your account and aligns the setup with your store’s environment.

• Step 2: Agent Setup
  ConversionBox trains the AI agent using your website content and provided materials. This training process usually takes about 2 days.

• Step 3: Widget Interaction Setup
  ConversionBox collaborates with the website owner to place the shopping assistant widget and embed the widget code on product pages.

Widget Configurations:

• To relocate the widget, use the Widget Placement dropdown and select your preferred position on product pages.

• To remove the widget, click the Remove Widget button.
  
  

Dashboard Access

• Once all three steps above are completed, you will be able to see the status page inside the dashboard.

• After successful setup, the dashboard will display analytics and allow you to monitor widget performance.

Uninstallation Steps

• Before uninstalling the app, please make sure to remove the widget from the widget configuration first.

• Then proceed with uninstallation.
