The ConversionBox Smart AI Shopping Assistant is a powerful engagement tool designed to boost product page conversions by providing instant, relevant answers to customer questions. The widget helps shoppers:

  • Discover product information effortlessly

  • Make faster buying decisions

  • Reduce bounce rates

  • Increase add-to-cart and purchase rates

2. Dashboard

The dashboard provides a real-time overview of your widget’s performance and impact on conversions.

Key Metrics:

  • Total Customer Questions Answered – Total number of questions addressed via the widget.

  • Widget Revenue Impact – Total revenue influenced by widget-assisted interactions.

  • Widget Conversion Rate – Percentage of widget-assisted interactions that resulted in a purchase.

  • Top Converting SKU – The SKU with the highest widget-assisted conversion rate.

  • Conversion Funnel – Visual breakdown of interactions → add-to-cart → purchases.

  • Widget Conversion Metrics Over Time – Interaction trends for Interactions, Add-to-Cart, and Purchases.

  • Widget-Assisted Conversion Rate per SKU – SKU-wise breakdown of interactions, conversions, and conversion rates.

  • Widget Interaction & Cache Metrics – Split between AI responses and cached answers for faster delivery.

3. Questions

Manage your product-specific FAQs.

Features:

  • Add Question – Create new product-related questions.

  • Edit/Delete Question – Update or remove questions anytime.

  • Search & Filter – Search by SKU, Question, Answer, Date, and Status.

  • Status Control – Enable or disable questions per product.

  • Bulk Management – Select multiple questions for batch actions.





  • After enabling intelligence for a particular SKU, you will see the chat widget on the corresponding product pages as shown below. The questions displayed are ConversionBox-generated suggestions, but you can also ask your own questions.

4. AI Responses

Review and manage AI-generated answers.

Features:

  • View Questions & Answers – See AI-generated or cached responses for each SKU.

  • Source Indicator – Shows whether the response came from AI or Cache.

  • Approval Process – Approve responses before publishing. Approved question appears in the specific product page and instantly displays the answer without depending on AI.

  • Export CSV – Download AI responses for offline review or reporting.

5. Products

Manage your store’s product list and AI integration.

Features:

  • Product Listing – View all synced products from your store.

  • Enable/Disable Questions – Control widget question availability for each product.



6. Chat Widget

  • After installing the app, you could see the widget in the perspective product pages.


7. Widget Configurations:



To relocate the widget, use the Widget Placement dropdown and select your preferred position on product pages.

To remove the widget, click the Remove Widget button.

8. Uninstallation Steps

  • Before uninstalling the app, please make sure to remove the widget from the widget configuration first.

  • Then proceed with uninstallation.

9. Best Practices

  • Keep FAQs Updated – Regularly add common customer queries to reduce support load.

  • Monitor Conversion Funnel – Identify drop-off points and adjust content accordingly.
